Is it really free?
Yes. The free address has 1 GB and no ads. If you need more room or higher limits, you can upgrade to Mailsky Plus later; nothing changes unless you choose it.
Who is behind Mailsky?
Soft-KS, a software company in Prishtina, Kosovo. Email runs on our own mail platform in Germany, the same one our business customers use.
Why do you need a recovery email?
It’s the only way to get back in if you forget your password. We don’t send marketing to it.
Can I change my address later?
No, an address can’t be renamed. You can delete it and create a new one, but a deleted name stays blocked for a year so nobody else can take it over.
Are there limits?
Free addresses can send 20 emails an hour (10 in the first week) and use the AI assistant 10 times a day. Bulk email and newsletters aren’t allowed.
