Is the Mailsky app included?
Yes. The app is free for every mailbox on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your EltaHost account; the difference is calculated for the remaining period.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, the business plans use your own domain (for example you@yourcompany.com). If you don’t have one yet, you can register it at EltaHost in the same order.
Can you move our existing email?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll help you move existing mailboxes from your current provider.
How do I pay?
Through EltaHost, monthly or yearly, with the payment methods shown at checkout.
