Sign-in alerts, signing out everywhere, app lock and password changes.
Sign-in alerts
When your mailbox is opened from a country it hasn’t been used from before, Mailsky sends you a notification. Settings → Sign-in activity shows recent sign-ins with their place and app.
Someone else got in?
- Settings → Change password and choose a new, strong password.
- Settings → Sign-in activity → Sign out all devices. Every phone, computer and webmail session must sign in again.
- Contact us if you see emails you didn’t send.
App lock
Settings → App lock asks for your fingerprint, face or phone PIN when Mailsky opens. With Lock after you choose how soon. Notification previews are hidden while the app is locked.
Sign-in alerts need an EltaHost Email Hosting plan.
