Manage your company’s mailboxes
Create mailboxes and addresses, reset passwords and see plan usage from the phone.
If your mailbox is a mailbox admin, the menu (☰) shows Manage yourcompany.com. From there you can:
- New mailbox: create a mailbox for a colleague. A strong password is generated; share it with the copy or share button.
- New address: create an alias such as sales@ and choose which mailboxes it delivers to.
- Tap a mailbox to reset its password, suspend it, change its storage or make it an Admin too.
- See how many mailboxes and how much storage your plan uses, and upgrade when you need more.
How do I become an admin?
An existing admin can make your mailbox an admin in the app. For the first admin of a company, contact us or EltaHost support from the account owner’s email.
Admins can only manage mailboxes of their own domain. Every action is checked on the server.
