Delete your data

Remove an account from the app

Open Mailsky and go to Settings.
Tap Sign out on the account.

This immediately deletes the login and the saved copies of your mail stored on your phone, and removes your device from new-mail notifications. Uninstalling the app also deletes everything it stored on the phone.

Delete your mailbox and everything on the server

You sign in to Mailsky with a mailbox hosted on our mail platform: a company mailbox or a personal @mailsky.app address. To delete the mailbox and all of its email, calendar, contacts and related data (notification registrations, known sign-in countries, scheduled emails, team inbox notes):

for a personal @mailsky.app address, open Mailsky and tap Settings → Delete account, or
for a company mailbox, ask your company’s mailbox admin (they can delete it in Mailsky under Manage yourcompany.com), or
email privacy@mailsky.app from that mailbox and ask for deletion.

We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Delivery logs on the mail server expire on their own after 30 days.

Request deletion online

Enter the mailbox address. We send a confirmation link to that mailbox, so only its owner can confirm.
