Can’t sign in?

If Mailsky says your password is wrong but it works in webmail, your mailbox probably uses 2-step verification. Mail apps can’t ask for the code, so you make an app password once and sign in with it instead.

1. On a computer, open mail.streamhunt.net and sign in with your password and code.
2. Open Mailbox → App passwords and click Create app password.
3. Name it Mailsky, generate a password, and tick IMAP, SMTP, CalDAV/CardDAV and Sieve.
4. Click Add, then in Mailsky sign in with your email address and that app password.

The app password only works in mail apps, not in webmail. Delete it at any time to sign that phone out.

Still not working?

Check that you typed the full email address (name@yourcompany.com), and that your plan is active. If it still fails, write to support@mailsky.app.
