When an employee leaves (offboarding)
Lock the account everywhere in seconds and keep the business running.
- Menu (☰) → Manage yourcompany.com → Mailboxes → tap the person’s mailbox.
- Tap Offboard employee.
- Choose who gets new email under Forward new email to, and check the automatic reply text.
- Tap Offboard now.
What happens right away:
- All sign-ins are blocked: the app, webmail, phones and computers. Open sessions are closed within seconds.
- Existing email stays in the mailbox as an archive.
- New email is forwarded to the colleague you chose.
- Senders get the automatic reply, for example with the new contact person.
Changed your mind? Open the mailbox and tap Reactivate mailbox, with a new password.
