Did my email arrive? (delivery proof)
What “Delivered”, “Delayed” and “Not delivered” mean.
Open an email in Sent. The Delivery card shows what happened for each recipient:
- Delivered: the recipient’s mail server accepted the email. If they say they didn’t get it, ask them to check their spam folder.
- Delayed, still trying: the other server didn’t answer or asked us to wait. We keep trying for up to a few days; you don’t need to do anything.
- Not delivered: the email was refused. Mailsky shows the reason in plain words, for example that the address doesn’t exist, the domain wasn’t found or the mailbox is full.
Delivery proof needs an EltaHost Email Hosting plan. Delivery details are kept for 30 days.
